When will I get my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way.

Why do most protein powders contain so many added ingredients?

Many brands optimise for sweetness, texture, and long shelf life. That often means adding emulsifiers, thickeners, flavour systems, and sweeteners.

We choose simplicity instead.

Are there any downsides to not using emulsifiers or stabilisers?

Just one: you may need to shake your shaker properly. Without emulsifiers, the powder behaves like a natural ingredient. A good-quality shaker makes all the difference. We strongly recommend this one.

Where is your protein made?

Our whey starts with organic milk from farms in the Austrian Alps. The milk is gently processed into whey and filtered to concentrate the natural protein while keeping its clean taste. The whey protein powder is then shipped to the UK, where we blend and pack it in small batches in Richmond upon Thames to maintain freshness and quality.
